I have been working on two presentations lately, one on Zombies, and one on Scuba diving and I needed some sound effects for my presentation. I found The Free Sound Project which a collaborative database of Creative Commons licensed sounds.
I was able to find both Zombie sounds, and sounds from a scuba diver. Pretty cool site if you need some sound effects to liven up your training.

If you're looking for music, I just heard about this new site by Moby. He's released a lot of his music for free as long as it is for non-commercial use. http://mobygratis.com
